Newsletters

The BC History of Nursing Society currently publishes the History of Nursing Newsletter twice a year, with local, provincial, and national history of nursing news, book reviews, articles, photographs, and commentary.

In past years Special Editions featured an important event or celebration and in 2023 a Summer Bulletin was introduced. The first issue of the newsletter came out in 1990 and has continued without interruption. All newsletters have been digitized and are a rich source of primary information about the evolution of the Society and its role in collecting and preserving nursing history in British Columbia.
